    £1,800 - 20% is due to confirm your project when the contract is signed, the following 40% is due at the start of the project with the final 40% at project completion.

    Pricing assumes that you purchase your own domain and pay the appropriate hosting fees to Squarespace (from £17 per month if paid annually) Business Package. You can view Squarespace pricing here

    Phase 0 | Discovery

    • Book a discovery meeting to discuss needs and project details

    • To proceed pay a 20% deposit to schedule the project start and hold your booking.

    Phase 1 | Prep

    • You will gather content needed for website design, following provided guides and upload to a google drive folder.

    • Complete a detailed questionnaire about your business.

    • Participate in a 90-minute website strategy meeting .

    Phase 2 | Design

    • Review and comment on the first design draft

    • I continue building the site, with a second and 3rd revision meetings with with you before launch.


    Phase 3 | Launch

    • Soft launch to ensure everything works smoothly.

    • Connect your domain and social channels

    Phase 4 | Aftercare

    • One hour Training session for future website edits and videos provided.

    • One month of email aftercare post-website launch for ongoing support.

  • Before kicking off your project, I'll guide you through some preparatory tasks. Which is called Phase 1.

    You'll gather essential details, business information, branding and content such as images and text.

    No need to stress— I provide a welcome pack to seamlessly navigate these steps and assist you in getting everything you need for me to work on your website.

    Award Winning 24/7 Support Squarespace has a fantastic library of step-by-step guides and video tutorials for if you get stuck, but their 24/7 free live chat and email support are second-to-none. I've had nothing but great experiences with them.

  • Yes, once your site is live I will give you training and personalised videos on the areas that you will need to update like your home page, shop, blog or portfolio pages.

    Outside of these pages, you may want to hire me to update as and when you need it.

  • That depends on the complexity of your site but roughly between 2 -3 weeks for a Portfolio Website and 3 -4 weeks for a eCommerce Website. I will give a timeline with the final quotation for your site.

  • I do provide some basic support guides on copywriting for your website so you can have a go at doing it yourself. I will also suggest edits for targeting your audience.

    Alternatively, I can also put you in touch with some copywriters to support your copywriting requirements.

  • Yes of course - just reach out to chat about what you are looking to update or add to your site and I will give you a quote based on your needs.

  • Yes, If you have a blog on Wordpress I can help you move your existing content to Squarespace while minimizing the impact on SEO.

  • The short answer is Yes no problem. Will just need your password to connect.

  • I can support researching Shopify templates. Squarespace is great for shop and content websites and this suits most of my client’s needs for growing their business online.If your business is purely eCommerce i.e if you have over 50 products and don’t work to commission - Shopify might be a better option for you.

  • We do three feedback meetings on your website design. Where you have 24 hours to feedback on the stages of the design.

  • Yes, all websites require a cookie and privacy policy. Including terms of use page for website users and if you have an online shop, conditions and shipping policies are also advisable. We will look at what is needed for your business model and I can share resources for you to use.
