CONDITIONS OF SALE
When you place an order to purchase a product from emmajeffs.co.uk/surfacematerialdesign.co.uk, this represents an offer to buy the products at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply. We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
Your order is accepted upon dispatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. No order is binding until we have accepted it. We retain the right to cancel all or part of an order at any time before delivery.
Postage charges and delivery times are specified in the order information page. While we make every effort to dispatch goods within these estimates they are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Products ordered may not be offered for resale in any country.
CUSTOMS
When you place an order that is to be delivered overseas, you may be subject to import duties or taxes on receipt.
Contact the local customs office for further information on any additional charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are at all unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or full refund. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 28 working days to: Emma Jeffs, Surface Material Design

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that do not reach us. We advise customers to obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office. You are responsible for return postage costs unless you are returning faulty goods.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund or exchange to be processed.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to describe and photograph all the items on this site with absolute accuracy. However please bear in mind that the colours of the window film change subject to the light they are photographed in. All measurements given are approximate and the reproduction of colours and patterns is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.
